Register Your Event

The following form allows you to suggest an event to be added to the Calendar. After being submitted, your event must be approved by an administrator, so your submission will not immediately appear. Submission of your event does not guarantee space reservation at your location, so be sure to make those arrangements as well.

Most events submitted through this Welcome Week website form will also be included on printed Welcome Week materials that summarize the events of the week. Event listings can be added to the web calendar at any time, but submissions received after August 8th cannot be guaranteed to be included in the printed materials. Please note that inclusion on these calendars does not constitute an endorsement from The Ohio State University as an official University-sponsored event.

Please be as descriptive as possible in the "Event Details" section of the form, so that readers will know as much as possible about your event. We reserve the right to edit the descriptions for length.

Note: The website, e-mail, and phone number information you provide as part of your submission will be printed along with your event description, so that students may contact you with questions about your event.

If the location of your event is not available to be selected from the drop down menu of locations, please choose "Other - Enter Location Below," which appears as the last option in the drop down menu.  You may then write the location of your event in the appropriate field.
