The following form allows you to submit an Ohio State University-affiliated event to be added to the calendar.
Welcome Week 2013 will be from Saturday, August 17 through Sunday, August 24.
After being submitted, your event must be approved by an administrator, so your submission will not immediately appear. Submission of your event through this form merely adds the listing to the Welcome Week calendar materials. This form does not initiate the process of making space reservations, so be sure to make those arrangements with the appropriate parties, as well. It is your responsibility to make sure that your event details are confirmed before listing them on the calendar.
Only approved event submissions received by June 14, 2013 can be guaranteed to be included in printed Welcome Week calendar materials. Submissions after that date can still be listed on the Welcome Week website.
Please note that inclusion on these calendars does not constitute an endorsement from The Ohio State University as an official University-sponsored event.
