The Student Involvement Fair will be held on Monday, September 21, 2009 from 12pm-4pm on The Oval.  With 700 student organizations, campus departments, community organizations, local and national businesses, interactive games, and free food...it's a day not to be missed!

**Despite the chance of rain in today's forecast, the Student Involvement Fair and the President's Picnic will take place as scheduled on the Oval. Please dress for rain and be prepared to cover your materials with plastic bags should showers temporarily pop up.**

Registration and Wait-List:

Registration for this year’s Fair has passed and unfortunately all tables are full. We will begin taking names for the wait-list at 9:30am on September 21 in front of Mendenhall Lab. At 11:00am, any group that has not checked in will have their table reassigned to one of these wait-listed groups. While we are hopeful that many wait-list groups will be able to get a table, we cannot guarantee a table for everyone. Please contact Miss Emily Madden at sifair@osu.edu regarding any questions/concerns you may have.

For all Fair attendees, review Outdoor Rules here.  We appreciate your awareness of and attention to these guidelines for events taking place on the Oval.

For any Fair attendees planning to bring food to their table, in addition to the free food that will be provided by Campus Dining Services and  University Catering, please review Food Safety Guidelines here.

Student Organizations:

Registration for the Fair is now closed.  Registered student organization presidents will receive a confirmation email the week of September 7 with final details about check-in, table location, and what is and is not allowed on the day of the Fair.
