The Student Involvement Fair will be held on Monday, September 22, 2008 from 12pm-4pm on The Oval.

The registration deadline has passed, however we may still be able to accommodate your organization, department, or business depending on table availability.  Please contact Miss. Alex Swain at sifair@osu.edu for more information.  Once all available tables have been assigned, we will accept wait-list sign-ups on the day of the Fair.

Student Organizations:

The deadline to register for the Fair has passed, however we may be able to accept your registration depending on the number of tables still available.  Email Miss. Alex Swain at sifair@osu.edu for more information.

Don't forget to register or renew your student organization now by simply logging on to the online “Student Orgs Management System.”

Campus Departments:

Alex Swain at sifair@osu.edu with your department name, primary contact, contact e-mail address and phone number for more information.

Businesses:

Businesses are invited to participate in the Student Involvement Fair, as this is a great opportunity to showcase your services to students new to Columbus. Please review the fee information below, and if you are interested in requesting a registration form, contact sifair@osu.edu or (614) 292-8763. We will fax or e-mail a form to you, which can be returned with your payment.

Although the registration deadline has passed, we may be able to accept your registration depending on the number of unassigned tables still available.  Once all unassigned tables are filled, we will accept wait-list sign-ups on the day of the Fair.

Businesses are encouraged to participate in Buck-I-Frenzy, an inaugural event for businesses to have marketing access to Ohio State students. More information about Buck-I-Frenzy is available online at frenzy.osu.edu. Businesses who choose to participate in Buck-I-Frenzy will receive a reduced rate to also participate in the Student Involvement Fair.

Please note that while businesses may set up informational booths at the Involvement Fair, no sales of goods or services are permitted during the event. Should you have any questions, please contact us.

• Locally Owned Businesses (businesses only located in Columbus): $500.00
  
• Regional Businesses (businesses only located in Ohio): $1,000.00
  
• National Businesses (businesses located in and outside of Ohio) and all banks/credit unions: $2,500.00

To ensure your business' place in the Student Involvement Fair, please register by August 22, 2008.
