Event Submission

The following form allows you to submit an Ohio State University-affiliated event to be added to the calendar.

Welcome Week 2023 will take place from August 20, 2023 through August 28, 2023, though the calendar will display events in the days before and after that range.

After being submitted, your event must be approved by an administrator, so your submission will not immediately appear. Submission of your event through this form merely adds the listing to the Welcome Week calendar materials. This form does not initiate the process of making space reservations, so be sure to make those arrangements with the appropriate parties, as well.  It is your responsibility to make sure that your event details are confirmed before listing them on the calendar.

Please note that inclusion on this calendar does not constitute an endorsement from The Ohio State University as an official university-sponsored event. However, this calendar is intended only for events sponsored by university departments and registered student organizations.

Please be concise in your description and limit it to 200 characters (letters).

Note: The website, e-mail, and phone number information you provide as part of your submission will be printed along with your event description, so that students may contact you with questions about your event.
